The short version

Your study data is yours. We collect the minimum needed to run Archi, we never sell or share it beyond the services that host it, and your card details never touch our servers. You can get a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time.

What we collect

Account: your email address and password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see it).Profile: the name, age, and daily focus goal you enter during onboarding.Your study content: the subjects, tasks, focus sessions, and session focus ratings you create. This is the substance of your constellation.Payment status:which plan you're on and Stripe reference IDs so we know what you've paid for. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by us.Waitlist: if you joined before launch, the email and signup source you gave the waitlist form.

Why we collect it

Three reasons: to provide the service (your sessions and subjects are the product — the constellation is drawn from them), to know which plan you're on (so Pro features unlock for the right account), and to send you the launch and service emails you consented to. Nothing else — no ads, no profiling.

Where it lives

Archi runs on three services acting as our processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), and Stripe (payments). Each has its own privacy policy governing its infrastructure. Your data is not sent anywhere else.

Cookies & tracking

We set authentication session cookies — the thing that keeps you signed in — and nothing else. No advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) are cookieless and aggregate: roughly how many people visit and which pages, never who you are.

We don't sell or share it

Your data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers or data brokers. It's only ever processed by the three services above, to run Archi.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. We don't currently run an automated deletion schedule — if you want your data gone, ask (see your rights below) and we'll delete it.

Your rights

In line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — these rights apply to every account, free or Pro:Access & export:Pro accounts can download everything self-serve (profile menu → Export my data). On any account, email us and we'll send you a copy.Correction: most fields you can edit in-app; for anything else, email us.Deletion:email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and its data.Requests go to archisupportteam@gmail.com. We respond as quickly as we can, and within the timelines PIPEDA sets.

Emails

We send launch and service emails you've consented to (like the waitlist launch note, receipts, or important account notices). Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe. We don't send marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top and flag meaningful changes in the app or by email. The Terms of Service cover the rest of the relationship.
