What Archi is

Archi is a study-focus app: you run focus sessions, and your real, completed work becomes a growing constellation of knowledge. Archi is operated by a solo developer based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using Archi, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You need an account with a working email address to use Archi. Keep your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy a paid plan (if you're a minor, a parent or guardian has to do that part).

Acceptable use

Use Archi to study, not to break it. Don't probe, overload, or attempt to bypass its security or entitlements, don't try to access other users' data, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or close accounts that do — with a refund of unused paid time where that's fair.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout — we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Canadian dollars.Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The Founder's Pass is a one-time purchase granting Pro for the lifetime of the service (as long as Archi operates).

Refunds

If Archi Pro isn't for you, email archisupportteam@gmail.com within 14 daysof a Founder's Pass purchase or a first subscription charge and we'll refund it in full. Renewal charges aren't refundable — but you can cancel any time so they never happen (see below). Refunds are processed manually through Stripe, usually within a few business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing archisupportteam@gmail.com (or through the Stripe links in your receipt emails). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep Pro until then. Afterwards your account reverts to the free plan and your data stays intact; nothing you built is deleted because you stopped paying.

The service, as-is

Archi is a small, actively developed product provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as it grows. Back-up rights are yours: you can export your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to Archi is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or lost study time). Some jurisdictions — including some Canadian provinces under consumer-protection law — don't allow parts of these limits; where that's the case, those parts simply don't apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away protections your local law gives you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date at the top and give notice in the app or by email before the change applies. Continuing to use Archi after that means you accept the updated terms.
